Finding a rental home in Nigeria should not feel like navigating a minefield. But for most people, it does. You send an agent money for a property you have never seen. You pay an inspection fee just to enter the gate. You get shown the same listing by four different agents, each with a different price.
We built RealHomly because the status quo is not acceptable. Not for the renter who has been defrauded. Not for the honest landlord whose name has been used to list a property he never approved.
The platform started as a simple idea: what if every listing had to be real before you could see it? What if landlords were verified, photos were original, prices were transparent, and agents could not charge renters a fee?
That simple idea is RealHomly. We are building it deliberately, starting in Abeokuta and Ogun State, and growing only when the trust infrastructure is genuinely in place to support it.
